The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Excellence Specialist – Reporting & Insights to join Crown’s Procurement team, supporting enterprise transformation through high‑quality analytics, reporting and data governance.
This role is responsible for delivering meaningful insights that support executive decision‑making, operational performance, risk management and compliance. Working closely with procurement leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will design and maintain dashboards, uplift reporting standards and ensure procurement data is accurate, structured and actionable. You will play a key role in translating complex data into clear insights that drive performance, support transformation initiatives and strengthen governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering executive dashboards and reporting that provide clear, timely and actionable procurement insights
  • Translating complex procurement data into meaningful narratives to support strategic decision‑making
  • Leading SKU data governance, ensuring strong data integrity, controls and reporting foundations
  • Supporting procurement transformation through reporting on performance, adoption and value realisation
  • Partnering with stakeholders to enhance reporting frameworks, data standards and performance metrics

About You

This role suits a data‑driven procurement or analytics professional who is passionate about turning information into insight. You bring strong attention to detail, the ability to simplify complex data and a proactive approach to improving reporting, governance and decision‑making.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical, insight‑led solutions. With a continuous improvement mindset, you are comfortable working across evolving priorities and driving uplift in systems, processes and data quality.
You will bring:

  • Strong experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial reporting and analytics
  • Proven capability designing executive dashboards and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, governance and accuracy
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement or a related discipline (desirable)
