This team is responsible for the frameworks and capability that underpin the end-to-end Supplier lifecycle at ASX. You will be responsible for assisting with enabling Enterprise Procurement and Partnerships and Contract Owners by supporting digitisation, self-service, remediation and procurement operations and analysis activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and business units to support business needs to support enabling consistent compliance to the ASX’s Supplier Lifecycle Policy.
Your Responsibilities:
Participate in digitising procurement activities, including the rollout and training of new tools and processes.
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of procurement artefacts and standard operating procedures
Support procurement assurance activities including process compliance and quality control
Prepare and interpret complex data and report into simple, digestible and meaningful outcomes and actions
Coordinate remediation activities
Support and facilitate supplier due diligence activities
Support ASX Contract Owners to comply with regulatory and best practice governance requirements
Assist with reporting and coordinating Supplier Governance activities
Risk management – assist with ensuring responsible procurement practises are being met and comply with ASX objectives
Drive continuous improvements
Take part in the delivery of procurement change initiatives
Must Have skills:
Minimum 3 years of procurement and / or supplier management or supplier risk experience in a regulated industry
Data analysis and reporting experience
An eye for detail and accuracy
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Ability to forge strong internal relationships, quickly establishing credibility and developing trust
A growth mindset, and the willingness to learn and grow
Most importantly you will be passionate about our ASX Values and exceeding customer expectations
Nice to Have Skills:
CIPs or equivalent procurement, vendor management and contract management accreditation (or working towards accreditation)
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Law or Technology
Experience in procurement ops or procurement analytics experience or supplier governance/ risk or source tools
A background in financial services or other regulated industry would be highly regarded.
