Job Overview:

Snoonu is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team with key operational responsibilities. This role will be responsible for data management, supplier coordination, and claims handling, ensuring smooth day-to-day procurement operations. By handling these essential functions, the Procurement Specialist will allow the Procurement Manager to focus on high-value negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.

(Some of) What you will be doing:

Procurement Operations & Data Management

• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, and product catalogues.
• Accurately enter purchase orders into the system.
• Track order statuses and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Handle supplier onboarding, documentation, and system entries.
• Maintain supplier records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving operational issues.

Delivery & Claims Handling

• Manage supplier-related claims, including delivery discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.

Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these?

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Penny and Odoo is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle supplier claims efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
