WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our efficient, committed Supply Chain team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time. Logistics? Ready to pivot.

In this role, you’ll enable our success through highly organized, efficient and analytical driven insights and communications to support the overall Sourcing & Procurement operating plan. This will be done through specific projects, independently analyzing data and market industry information, and providing regular reporting updates in support of strategic sourcing recommendations and strategies.

Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $32.00 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Own Cost Tracker file and ensure formulas are functioning properly and calculating data accurately. Meet with finance monthly to review cost tracker details and rebate alignment for all applicable Sourcing and Procurement vendors.

  • Research market data trends across ingredients and packaging including but not limited to tracking all commodity subscription data and reporting accurately into the team repository. Update commodity graphs and data reporting into monthly SCO Review deck.

  • Own raw material pricing updates for procurement and sourcing for all new and existing items. Manage to pricing update SOP and ensure the timeliness of updates matches contractual obligations.

  • Own Microsoft List RFP and Contracts repository. Ensure functionality and updates are managed in a timely manner.

  • Own RFP tool subscription, manage the relationship with vendor, and ensure user seats are updated as needed.

  • Support team with monthly SoPro KPI and Newsletter content and annual Supplier Handbook updates.

  • Support development and coordination of team’s RFIs and RFPs as needed.

  • Support team with leading new supplier onboarding and updates to existing suppliers as needed.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in the CPG industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

  • Analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on efficiencies.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.

  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
