- Track and reconcile customer payments, design fees and sales orders, ensuring financial documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Monitor project profitability by analysing sales and purchase orders and reporting on project performance.
- Support project installations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and escalating any issues where required.
- Assist with trade reporting and maintain awareness of the department's order bank, billings and delivered trade.
- Work collaboratively with designers, administrative teams, buying teams, suppliers and manufacturers to deliver outstanding client experiences.
About You
As a successful Procurement Coordinator, you will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail and strong administration skills. You will have great customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties as well as excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
You will also have:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Strong financial and numerical skills with the ability to analyse budgets, margins and project profitability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
