JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting and dynamic role where the main responsibility is to be able to connect business and portfolios strategies with the objective of delivering consumer needs, business growth and our external social and environmental commitments. This role is the main point of Procurement for all multifunctional regional team including supply chain, R&D, finance, and marketing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Procurement representative in regional and local innovation agendas: support team with inputs and knowledge on material’s insights, market overview and quotations Supply Chain Business partner: responsible for supporting SC Transformation Program linked UFS
Responsible for delivering NMI along with procurement and co-leading material efficiency in Fuel For Growth Regional Program together with portfolio and markets:
- Governance and implementation of projects
- Responsible for generating and stimulating new idea generation with multifu ctional team, portfolios and suppliers
- F4G and Buying Competitiveness material strategy implementation
Support Protect & Regenerate Nature and PCR commitments implementation
Deep diving on material’s strategy with all portfolios to understand value chain, main suppliers, cost structure, opportunities and ensure that the knowledge is used and landed on regional business
Participate on Procurement’s Lighthouse Strategy Pillars.
Experiences & Qualifications :
University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred
Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D.
Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
Languages: English (advanced)
Excellent communication & networking skills.
Analytical capability and resilient behaviour
Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive
Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
Ability to work in virtual team.
