About the position
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our growing Global Procurement team. You will work closely with external suppliers and various teams across Jane Street (including our Legal, Technology, Data Vendor Management, and Infrastructure teams) to:
- Initiate and track electronic signatures for procurement-related agreements and licenses
- Ensure that metadata is accurately and consistently captured in our contract repository
- Keep the team aware of upcoming renewals and expirations
- Organize and catalog agreements efficiently
We’re looking for an independent and organized individual who can jump into the work to make an immediate impact. The right person for this position will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds. While this role is based in New York, your work will support our global team.
About you
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experienced with using contract management systems (e.g., SirionLabs, Ironclad, Icertis, CobbleStone)
- Have a working knowledge of supplier contract document types and structures
- Intellectually curious and eager to learn
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle competing priorities; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly with colleagues and external partners
- Flexible team player who is willing to support a wide variety of projects and initiatives as needed
- Can think proactively and take projects from ideas to execution
