Our Opportunity
The Junior Procurement Consultant role will be responsible for supporting our product teams in procurement initiatives across the projects portfolio. This role will align with regional and global Procurement standards, working closely with product projects and Implementation teams to pinpoint value creation opportunities. Key responsibilities include early involvement in bidding and project purchasing processes, ensuring strict adherence to company-defined purchasing standards for negotiation, contracting, and monitoring. Additionally, the role will manage project control to maintain optimal procurement timelines and cost efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team in early stages of project opportunities (Pipeline, Business Case, Investment Proposals).
• Attend project follow-up meetings, update Proc meetings, update Procurement Managers and Category Managers on purchasing plans and action progress towards award deadlines.
• Conduct early meetings with key project stakeholders to share purchasing plans and preferred vendor information, optimizing vendor selection, internal workflows, and processes.
• Identify project purchase risks, opportunities, and changes, considering purchasing policies and trends, while incorporating supplier innovations and preferred products to enhance cost position and customer benefits.
• Assist in contract negotiations, RFQ preparation, supplier negotiations, vendor qualifications, project-specific vendor evaluations, and post-project closure, ensuring savings and continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives and deadlines.

• A degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
• 2 years of experience in Procurement, PM, Construction, Leasing, Build to Suit
• Skills: top-notch negotiation and planning
• Experience working with ERP
• Works great in complex, quick-paced conditions, hitting deadlines
• Advanced english is required
