Serves as the first point of contact for suppliers related to the category of spend. Supports Category Leads with strategic supplier relationships through data-driven recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Category Strategy: You partner with Category leadership to execute strategy at the commodity level, lead the bid process (including RFI release and RFP development), and support the negotiation process by providing necessary analytics.
Supplier Relationship Management: You serve as the first point of contact for suppliers within the category of spend and support Category Leads in managing strategic supplier relationships through data-driven recommendations.
Organizational & Operational Excellence: You leverage market data through should-cost models and other financial and negotiation strategies to drive value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration / Stakeholder Management: You develop and maintain effective two-way communication channels between Procurement and the Commercial Council to ensure feedback exchange and drive continuous improvement.
Building Organizational Capability: You are accountable for meeting aspirational training goals for the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools, while collaborating with peers and leaders across the globally dispersed Category Team.
What We're Looking For:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
You must have 5-7 years of experience in a corporate setting. Prior experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related Operational function preferred.
Preferably, you must have negotiation experience, International Logistics expertise, Supplier Management with foreign incoterms, and experience working in multinational companies.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You must have previous experience with SAP-ERP, SRM, CRM, or a comparable system

You must have critical thinking skills to analyze/review orders and drive process efficiencies
You are a team player and have strong interpersonal skills
You have proven ability to work on your own initiative.
You are amenable to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City.
You are willing to work on a mid-shift or night shift schedule.
