Your function:
The Procurement Business Partner (Local Buyer) serves as the primary interface between the APAC business and the Global Procurement organization, ensuring effective supplier onboarding, TPDD administration, supplier master data governance and procurement compliance activities. Supports the Finance Transformation Program, Oracle Fusion adoption and future-state APAC operating model.
Day to day:
- Act as the interface between the local business and Global Procurement.
- Guide the business through supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.
- Ensure supplier master data quality and governance.
- Drive compliance with procurement policies and workflows.
- Coordinate approvals and resolve process issues.
- Support procurement reporting and systems rather than sourcing activities.
Your profile:
- Procurement operations experience.
- S2P/P2P process knowledge.
- Supplier onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Supplier risk and due diligence experience.
- Master data governance expertise.
- ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills
- Aligns with Finance Transformation and Oracle Fusion adoption, addressing current onboarding backlogs while creating a sustainable governance capability.
