Job DescriptionAbout the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to support the deliver of procurement and contract management activities across RWWA. In this role, you will work closely with business units to deliver value for money outcomes, ensure compliance and contribute to the successful delivery of procurement initiatives
As the Procurement Business Partner, you will:
Provide excellent customer service to key business units.
Assist business units with scoping activities to drive specified outcomes for the business.
Develop Requests for Quote (RFQ), Tender and Expression of Interest programs.
Conduct market research to locate, evaluate and engage suitable suppliers and contractors.
Deliver Procurement and Contract Management activities in accordance with relevant policies and frameworks.
Provide advice and training to business units on procurement systems, processes and best practice
About you
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Procurement, Contract Management or relevant areas (desirable).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems
Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and Contract Management Systems.
Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time efficiently.
Experience in Legal, Governance or ICT field (desirable)
