We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Associate to join our Indirect Procurement Operations team in Bengaluru, India. He/She will be a key individual contributor, responsible for supporting realization/execution of Global Indirect Procurement’s strategies and policies.

On a high level, the position holder has the responsibility for:

• Operational Execution: Execute end-to-end procurement operations process for Indirect categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services and on time payment support
• End User/Stakeholder support 

In this role you will make an Impact by:

• Purchase Order Processing: Managing the end-to-end purchase order process, including requisition review, approval workflow, and timely placement of purchase orders to meet operational needs.
• Utilize e-procurement platforms (e.g Coupa, Ariba), ERP systems, and other digital tools to expedite requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Purchase Requisition Handling: Managing the intake and processing of purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness before initiating the procurement process.
• Order Fulfillment Oversight: Monitoring and coordinating the fulfillment of purchase orders, tracking delivery schedules (if needed), and resolving any operational issues to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Invoice discrepancy handling: Responsible for handling the Invoice disputes and ensuring on- time payment in collaboration with Finance Team
• Query Management: Handle and resolve procurement-related queries from internal stakeholders, vendors, and other relevant parties in a timely and efficient manner.

To Succeed you must have:

Educational:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Procurement operations

Domain/Functional knowledge:

• Procure-to-Pay Processes: Demonstrate good knowledge of procure-to-pay processes to ensure seamless transactions and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Proficiency in using Digital platforms/tools: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using Coupa or similar e-procurement platforms to manage procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, and purchase order management.
• ERP System Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP system, particularly in relation to procurement modules, vendor management, and procurement data extraction for reporting and analysis.
• Basic understanding and interpreting procurement-related data and utilizing data analytics tools to provide insights for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools

• Exposure to/Experience in supporting cross functional projects.
• Exemplary personal and professional integrity
• Business outcome focused and flexible (i.e., working in shifts)
