What you will do

As our new Procurement Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to help build the foundational framework of our procurement function in a high-growth environment. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will work with leading technology providers and internal stakeholders to create win-win agreements. You will be instrumental in shaping scalable processes that support our rapid expansion and operational success.

Where you will have impact

  • Renewal Management: Oversee and improve the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including our intake process and renewal management for SaaS applications.
  • Sourcing & Contract Management: Lead sourcing activities from start to finish, including supplier research, gathering proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage key supplier relationships by conducting performance evaluations, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving issues.
  • Procurement Process Management: Oversee the procurement intake process and co-develop the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to procurement processes and policies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Support our corporate travel and expense programs by sourcing beneficial partnerships with suppliers in the travel industry (hotels, flights, car rentals, etc.).
  • Procurement Tech Ownership: Take ownership of our procurement technology stack, enhancing system efficiency, ensuring clear visibility of all spending, and maintaining data integrity.

You will be the first addition to our new Procurement team, reporting to the Director of Procurement. This is a unique chance to help build and scale the function into a best-in-class operation from the ground up. Our team is part of the broader Strategic Finance team, a dynamic and analytical team dedicated to fueling Lighthouse's growth. Essential
  •   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast financials, and drive actionable insights.
