• Responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:

• Evaluating the PRs in regard to correctness of ERP data being used and preparation of needed documents to start sourcing activities according to OSP and within quality and time constraints

• Track and follow up deliveries to ensure security of supply

• Documentation in SAP

• Assist and support ad-hoc requests related to vendor setup in the Covestro IT tools to enable sourcing

• Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners

• Support investigation of root cause analysis on sourcing issues

• Support the timely follow-up on planning of sourcing events

• Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

• Processing of order confirmations

• Testing of new tools and support with implementation

• Tracking and follow-up on undelivered purchase orders

• Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full (OTIF)

• Other tasks based on superior request.

The minimum salary on this position is 1530 EUR monthly. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

• Degree in business or technical field.

• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment.

• Basic knowledge of SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus.

• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.

• Acts as a role model by being a team-player.

• Ability to adapt to new culture and people.

• Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends.

• Strong communication skills.

• Business proficient English and ideally respective market language.
