For our international team, we are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant, who can support the procurement process related to internal customer requests.

Procurement Assistant with German and English

• Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions

• Coordinating purchasing activities with procurement departments in Germany 

• Processes purchase requisitions, create purchase orders and submits them towards suppliers

• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity

• Create and change info records, order books in SAP41 according to supplier offers and Commodity Manager inputs

• Maintaining supplier master data, creating new suppliers, supplier qualification

• Initiates process improvements to make customer (internal/external) experience better

Requirements:

• Related experience in procurement or a similar position, preferably in a multinational environment 

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with HCM (e.g, Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software is desired

• Fluency in German and English languages

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Good time management, organized way of working and ability to work towards various deadlines

• Ability to understand end-to-end process flows

• Analytical thinking

• Capability to work independently but also in a Team

• Flexible and problem-solving attitude
