Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications.
Issue notices of award, variations, novations, deeds, and termination letters.
Assist with transition‑in and transition‑out activities for procured services.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross‑functional C&W teams.
Support contractor performance management, including attending meetings and recording minutes.
Coordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Uphold C&W’s global policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Vendor Integrity, and Health & Safety.
Actively contribute to C&W’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.
About You
You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and have a genuine interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
Required Experience & Skills
1–3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (ideally within building services or facilities management).
Basic contractor management experience, including KPIs, SLAs, and scopes of work.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Advantageous: Rapid Global, JDE, Converga, eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), PowerBI/Triana.
