This Position reports to:
Warehouse & Shipping SupervisorThe intern wishes to gain hands‑on experience in equipment management and internal logistics. They demonstrate good organizational skills, a practical mindset, and an interest in structured work within an industrial environment.
The intern will divide their time between storage areas and production sectors to support the supply of parts and materials. The role requires method, consistency, and particular attention to the accuracy of completed operations. Progressive supervision, adapted to their level of experience, will be provided to support learning of processes, tools, and best practices within the warehouse.
This role reports directly to the production supervisor.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Support daily operations by handling materials destined for production lines
Help maintain an orderly work environment by organizing items and keeping storage areas clean
Assist in preparing internal orders for various sectors of the plant
Perform simple data entry related to material movements under supervision
Observe and contribute to stock level monitoring using visual tools such as Kanban
Learn to identify parts and place them in the appropriate locations
Follow established rules, work methods, and safety instructions
Develop a professional attitude based on responsibility, collaboration, and respect for company values
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a program in logistics, operations management, industrial technology, or a related field
Perform tasks diligently by structuring work in a methodical manner
Follow instructions, ensure accuracy, and maintain a high level of quality
Work harmoniously with others while being attentive to team needs
Manage priorities, use basic computer tools, and demonstrate motivation and versatility
