Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote
Role Overview:
Support procurement activities, supplier management, purchasing, contract administration, and project documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders.
Source quotations from suppliers.
Maintain supplier databases.
Track procurement schedules.
Assist contract administration.
Maintain contract registers.
Monitor insurance, bonds, and warranties.
Coordinate contract correspondence.
Support project commercial teams.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years' procurement or contract administration experience.
Good understanding of procurement processes.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience using ERP systems is desirable.
