- Drive creation of foundational procurement data management practices and in some cases manage key procurement data.
- Establish and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure Procurement data.
- Own and evolve Procurement materials taxonomy, work with Sourcing, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to establish process for classification of supplier spend in the region.
- Establish Procurement vendor data model and lifecycle processes, working with IT to implement appropriate solutions.
- Support the use and buildout of the spend analytics platform, working with Sourcing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and technology to implement and update automation.
- Develop approach to Procurement Knowledge Management, alongside buildout of Procurement Platform.
- Lead and collaborate across the team to manage our Intranet presence and key training materials.
- Own and execute the Procurement communication strategy across the broader business.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, data management, or financial analysis roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and data flows.
- Experience with data management tools, data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Able to work collaboratively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Must be able to work as a team member & independently.
- Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates tolerance and understanding in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing data visualization, reporting, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Procurement platforms.
