Role Summary:
The Procurement Analyst supports procurement analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role assists with data collection, analysis, and reporting to enable informed sourcing, purchasing and vendor management decisions. The Analyst also contributes to supplier onboarding, tracking and supplier profile management, in addition to providing continuous improvement support of procurement operations.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· Entry level– 2+ years in procurement analytics or related field.
· Strong analytical and Excel skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work across teams and on multiple tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as a front-line representative for procurement requests, entering requisitions, ensuring timely PO fulfillment, and providing white glove service to stakeholders.
· Process supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier profiles in ERP/P2P systems.
· Upload and manage supplier contracts in the internal repository.
· Cleanse and maintain procurement data to meet quality and compliance standards.
· Collect and analyze procurement data to support reporting and decision-making.
· Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports as required and for management reporting.
· Track supplier performance and support due diligence, monitoring, and audit readiness.
· Assist with process improvement initiatives and collaborate across Procurement and Finance teams, including Accounts Payable.
· Respond to stakeholder inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
