The Challenge
OneTrust is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our global Source to Pay organization, with the role based in our Madrid, Spain office. You will be responsible for handling procurement projects for our internal customers and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and simplicity.
As a Procurement Analyst, you will:
- Build strong partnerships with all stakeholders across the procurement process, including requesters, suppliers, accounts payable, and legal teams
- Manage, review, and approve purchase requisitions and change orders in Workday
- Secure the best possible commercial conditions for the company while balancing the needs and context of each procurement project
- Support strategic planning efforts for new purchases and contract renewals across departments
- Manage a variety of procurement categories, including IT, Marketing & Events, Services, and others
- Deliver responsive and friendly service to internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous learning opportunities
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and recommendations
Your Experience Includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- Has at least 3-5 years of Procurement experience - SaaS company preferred
- Proven track record of successful negotiations of commercial agreements,
- English at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken,
- Intermediate+ Excel skills for reporting – Workday worksheets and dashboard experience a plus - proven experience with Procurement KPIs and providing executive reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem-solving skills in a growing and dynamic environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in teams to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and accuracy are critical
- Working knowledge and expertise with Workday Procurement / Financials and Ironclad is preferred
