Procurement Analyst

About The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team at Amartha. This role is responsible for doing tender end to end, expense monitoring aligned with FP&A team, cost analysis, ensuring that Amartha’s Procurement operations are efficient , and aligned with the company's standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading microfinance technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting end to end sourcing process to accommodate users needs.
• Conducting analysis of procurement and finance related data to support operational efficiency including analyst current process and reduce manual process.
• Collaborating with finance and other teams to ensure procurement activities align with efficiency goals and company strategy.
• Evaluating and recommending improvements to procurement flow, policies and procedures.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Procurement role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP and others ERP’s  is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to understand and analyze stakeholder needs and provide effective solutions.
• Eager to learn new concepts and take on challenges.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
• Strong initiatives and negotiation skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualification:

• Prior experience in procurement or sourcing within the IT or Marketing Category..
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
