As the Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and executing the processing within the stores department. This role plays an important part as you will be critical in providing evidence-backed insights on purchasing activities, supplier performance and strategic decision making.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES include but are not limited to:

-Plan and manage inventory levels of products or materials using primary and

secondary suppliers.

-Ensures the accurate and timely ordering of inventory in accordance with inventory management procedures.

-Develop and provide reports for the effective management of supplier performance to the accountant.

-Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers, without compromising quality.

-Regularly review and assesses vendors/suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery times to determine best and/or possible new supply sources and ensure competitiveness.

ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration or in a relevant field.

-Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar leadership position

-Airline / Airport concessions industry will be an asset.

-Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-A valid driver’s license.
