Are you looking for a new professional challenge? We are looking for a Procurement Expert in charge of Procurement Metrics & Regulatory Reporting. This role is ideal for an Operational Procurement profile, familiar with Procurement Processes and Tools, especially SAP S/4 HANA.

Your role:
1. Operational Procurement: You will work closely with the Head of the function with an emphasis on overall governance, process design and continuous improvement projects. As such, you will be empowered to take the lead on several initiatives, from situation analysis to implementation.
2. Become a Procurement Process Expert: Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. As a key user of ORO (S2P Procurement Suite), you’ll provide expert insights to Category Managers and external stakeholders on P2P and contract processes and make use of the tool’s reporting/analytical capabilities. As such, driving continuous improvement initiative related to the tool (e.g.: new module implementation and deployment) could be something you might take the lead of.
3. Unleash the Power of Data: You will be driving the development of procurement reporting and analytics and implement comprehensive dashboards for the whole function and external business owners. You are able to handle complex datasets from various sources (Coupa, SAP ERP…) and to consolidate them into a single overview. This would typically embed spend, savings, and contract lifecycle, but also market rates, benchmarks and ad-hoc reporting based on ongoing strategic priorities.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: You will collaborate with the overall Group Finance function, among others, and support financial monitoring & control of savings initiatives. You will also assist Management on data analysis and concrete improvement measures around Product Portfolio Management, Sales and demand planning.
5. Team: You develop an effective, trustful, and personal relationship with your teammates and your stakeholders.
What you bring with you:
1. Language skills: You are fluent in English. German and any other European language,e.g. French, Italian, etc. is an advantage.
2. Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Operational Excellence or equivalent is preferrable, but any relevant combination of degree and experience for this role will be considered.
3. IT Skills: Strong affinity for IT. Ideally working with a procurement suite as a Key User, ideally Coupa or SAP Ariba and SAP ERP. Good to excellent proficiency in Excel. Ideally, appetence for the latest technological trends, such as AI applied to Procurement. Basic understanding of computer systems, including the distinction between server, client, datacenter systems and software would be a plus.
4. Personality: You have a solid analytical mindset, are detail-oriented, structured and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility. You are willing to learn together and improve the status quo. You can communicate complex principles to various audiences and stakeholders and can adapt your tone accordingly.
Skills Required
