Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Global Supply Chain team for Everett, WA and other locations throughout the Puget Sound!
As a Supply Chain Contracts Procurement Agent at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in managing relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, negotiating pricing, terms and conditions, and contract management. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production and delivery. Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that program, customer and product strategies are integrated into negotiation and contracting strategies
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
  • Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Mitigates risks and issues. Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience developing proposals or contracts
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
  • Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
  • 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Shift:
This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.
Salary Range:
$80,170 -101,200 (Level 2)
$94,350 - $127,650 (Level 3)
