Gartner associates and initiatives worldwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure activities are carried out according to established procedures
  • Moderate degree of independent decision-making with vendors required.
  • Work in Coupa and Fusion Oracle systems.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the community email boxes.
  • Responsible for managing the Requisitioning/Purchase Order system, including educating internal business customers and vendors on Gartner processes, answering questions, developing training materials and collaborating cross-functioning on efficiency initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business area or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a P2P Specialist or relevant business experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with industry-standard Procure to Pay best practices.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make timely decisions concerning vendor problem resolution, invoice and quote reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience and proficiency with standard procurement and contract management systems (Oracle Fusion,  Coupa is the plus nut nor required).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
