PURPOSE

The Procore Implementation Specialist is responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration and optimization of enterprise systems, with a focus on standardizing processes across the enterprise. This role ensures consistent execution, data integrity and system adoption across the organization.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are typical for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

 

Process Standardization & System Ownership

  • Standardize workflows, structures, and data within Procore across the enterprise.
  • Configure and maintain systems to support consistent and scalable processes.
  • Provide guidance to system users and specialists to ensure alignment and consistency.


Systems Implementation & Execution

  • Execute system implementations including setup, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
  • Develop repeatable implementation approaches and support users during rollout.


Operational Efficiency & Data Visibility

  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency through system optimization.
  • Develop dashboards, analytics and company-level reporting.
  • Design inter-system workflows to ensure clean and reportable data (Power BI readiness).
  • Support cross-platform solutions such as Procore, MetalTrace and Stratus.


Adoption, Training & Support

  • Drive consistent system adoption across the enterprise.
  • Develop training materials and coordinate training efforts.
  • Provide ongoing user support, guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with system champions and specialists to reinforce best practices.


SOP Governance, Audits & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide SOPs across systems.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data consistency, process adherence and system utilization.
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to shared knowledge and continuous improvement efforts.

 


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Construction Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, business systems analysis or related role.
  • Experience in construction or project-based industry a plus
  • Extensive practical experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL or data visualization tools preferred

 

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to connect systems, workflows, and data to support enterprise-wide consistency.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in diagnosing issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to execute system implementation, configuration and improvements.
  • Ability to standardize processes across the enterprise.
  • Capable of ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting visibility.
  • Possesses strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive system adoption and consistent use.
  • Proven accountability for accurate, reliable and scalable outcomes.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally.
  • May have occasional visits to a job site which would require periods of standing, walking and/or climbing stairs.
