PROCESSING DUTIES
- Inspect clothing donations for cleanliness and style.
- Test all appliances and electronics to determine if items are in
- working condition.
- Determine the retail value of items according to pricing guidelines
- and ticket the merchandise; size and tag and correctly hang all merchandise.
- Clean merchandise as required.
- Insure a consistent flow of merchandise to the sales floor as directed by the Processing Lead.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to processing area dress code (neat jeans, shirts with collar and closed toed shoes).
- Perform related work and other duties when required and as assigned.

- Handle relational conflicts according to the Staff Covenant of Romans 12:18 and Matthew 18:15-19.
- Memorize monthly Scripture, Mission Statement, and Mission Core Values.
- Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings.
- Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
- Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma, GED or the work equivalent. Must be able to make quick and decisive judgments on the quality and retail value of merchandise.
- Have knowledge of fashion labels and trends.
- Must engage in safe and healthy work practices, for all staff, volunteers, and program participants.
