WORK LOCATION and HOURS: LITTLE ROCK, AR, Monday – Friday, 8: 00 AM to 5:00 PM
Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position it is imperative that the individual in this position be available to work during the firm’s office hours. The individual schedule will be determined by the department manager based on business needs. Reliability is critical.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Accurate and timely entry of data in the firm’s case management system and client websites; Draft legal documents utilized in non-judicial foreclosures; Correspond with debtors and firm clients through telephone and written communication; Respond to client inquiries and provide information to clients regarding the non-judicial foreclosure; Access client websites to request documents, upload documents and update the client’s website with accurate information regarding case status and non-judicial foreclosure timelines.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Serve as a backup to other team members in the non-judicial foreclosure, process; Assist with special projects as they become available.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Answer borrower inquiries via telephone or email responding in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
3. Ensure all required information is properly entered into the firm’s case management system and client websites in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Draft legal documents used in the non-judicial foreclosure and eviction processes and ensure accuracy of the information contained in the legal document.
5. Maintain eviction calendar to ensure timely filing, placement on court docket and attorney appearances.
6. Report hearing results to the client in a timely manner.
7. Identify and request from the client any missing documents and/or data needed for the non-judicial foreclosure and eviction processes.
8. Follow-up timely on previous missing document or data requests that are needed for the non-judicial foreclosure and eviction processes.
9. Performs all other duties as requested.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to accurately enter data and draft documents in a high-volume environment.
· Must be PC literate, skilled in MS Office, and able to adapt to a variety of data base systems.
· Must exhibit professional communication skills (verbal and written).
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in the mortgage banking industry, preferably in the area of default.
