Job Posting:

This role provides administrative and technical support to marker production planning and execution by managing FPOs and weekly priority lists, coordinating marker documentation and file distribution, maintaining accurate data in SAP–AccuMark, and supporting daily tracking and reporting to help ensure on-time production.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage weekly FPOs, daily production requirements, and rush requests; maintain the weekly priority list.

Import “D” markers into local SQL systems, prepare required documentation (including PDFs), and support uploads to SAP.

Download “U” markers from SAP into AccuMark, support marker order creation, and upload completed markers after Quality approval.

Distribute marker files in external software (SSH Hong Kong/Flexnest) based on the priority list and select the most efficient output.

Generate and validate CSV uploads (Marker Data/Splice Data), activate markers in SAP, and send NC/PLOT files to assigned plants; confirm receipt.

Maintain production tracking files, prepare reports, follow SAP–AccuMark procedures, and complete other assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

Knowledge of planning, patterns and production

Excellent written and verbal fluently communication skills in English (Required)

Strong PC skills (SAP, AccuMark, Word, Excel)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong initiative

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
