Position Overview: 

We are currently recruiting for a Processing Specialist II in our Mesa Arizona Headquarters. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review systematically flagged data fields, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Audit Source documents against keyed data for quality assurance 
  • Provide clear Feedback to data entry agents in a professional and positive manor 
  • Review systematically flagged data and determine proper handling of records 
  • Provide processing instruction to data entry agents 
  • Assist with special projects for mailroom/data entry from leadership on an as-needed basis 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties including inbound mail processing, auditing or review, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and/or related administrative duties 
  • Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel 
  • Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner, and mail opening machine 
  • Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality driven 
  • The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others 
  • Able to recognize problems and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution
