Position Overview
The Processing Specialist II is responsible for handling tolls & violations for rental & fleet clients through internal and external online platforms, investigating issuing authority disputes, completing payments through online platforms, and other projects for the Finance, Product & Account Management teams. Additional duties may be assigned based on business need.
What you'll do
- Research tolls & violations to determine a resolution status
- Analyzing data through Power BI to identify automated and manual payments
- Making manual payments on issuing authority websites, calling the issuing authority customer service, or mailing checks
- Reviewing TK valid violation details to dispute, pay, or assign liability
- Researching VDOT denial letters and making payments
- 2 years of comparable administrative experience
- Microsoft Products, Excel required
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand information or data to resolve complex issues with good problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and thrive under pressure with a high sense of urgency in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to new responsibilities in an ever-changing environment
