Shift: 1st shift | Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage all processing operations across the entire site and all shifts.
Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and resources to meet production and delivery targets.
Oversee facility, machinery, and equipment maintenance to ensure uptime and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
Establish and track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.
Balance supply and demand while maximizing production efficiency.
Partner with Sales to align operations with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
Manage customer interactions related to corrective actions and operational requests.
Lead safety programs, including accident investigations, audits, housekeeping, and corrective actions.
Identify and implement improved handling, storage, and quality assurance methods.
Develop and manage capital improvement projects from justification through execution.
Prepare and present operational reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Mentor, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly teams—setting performance expectations and enforcing company policies.
Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management Systems.
What you Bring:
Associate degree, technical school certification, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Solid knowledge of warehouse and processing operations.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, layouts, workflow, and production equipment.
Experience working with Sales, Customers, and Suppliers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (operational, financial, and data-driven).
Comfort working with ambiguity and driving execution through change.
Nice to haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
3+ years of leadership or management experience in manufacturing.
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle-based systems.
Lean / Six Sigma training or certification.

The annual hiring range for this position is: $90,200-$112,700. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each position and candidate. Internship positions are not benefits-eligible.
