What You'll Do- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Processing Management functions, providing operational support and cross-functional backup as needed.
- Manage post-closing mortgage processes, including onboarding loans for servicing, preparing investor sale documentation, and maintaining document retention and off-site records tracking.
- Process member and loan servicing transactions, including payoffs, refunds, insurance disbursements, lien releases, deposits, payments, and daily balancing/reconciliation activities.
- Handle incoming mail operations, courier preparation, document scanning, insurance mailings, and welcome package distribution for new mortgage members.
- Coordinate legal and compliance-related requests by processing subpoenas, court orders, and documentation requests within required timelines.
- Respond to internal and external member service requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems, including payoff quotes, statements, verification requests, and paid-in-full letters.
- Maintain positive relationships with members, branches, departments, and external partners while supporting organizational culture and proficiency with required systems and software.
This position is on‑site at our Corporate Office in Dallas (10000 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75309). Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour, depending on qualifications, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
