Job Overview:
Join our HR Operations team as a Processing & Employee Transactions Specialist, based in Bangalore, India. This pivotal role involves managing sensitive materials, data entry/auditing, data control and collaborating with employees, managers, and various level business partners.
This dedicated full-time HR professional is offered an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team in a growing company committed to innovation and staff development. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of processing and auditing transactions in Workday, including terminations, promotions, transfers, payroll, and other data related changes all while ensuring the precision and integrity of sensitive information.

Initiate the global onboarding process for all new hires/transfers by electronically processing in Workday. This includes conducting audits on work performed.

Manage and complete a daily queue of work through a ticketing system, email request or other task management tools.

Collect, track, and maintain supporting documentation and data while ensuring confidentiality on all employees and new hires.

Collaborate with various levels of HR stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Recruiting) and other corporate and business functions (e.g., Payroll) to deliver, optimize, or resolve conflicting requests.

Track approvals in Workday and communicate with any approvers causing delay in confirming the data change based on the effective date.

Adhere to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, SLAs, and customer service standards.

Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in technology and process streamlining.

Support or lead special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in administrative HR operations, with proficiency in Workday Application.

2+ years of HR experience handling data protection and sensitive information confidentially.

1+ years of experience working with Standard Operating Procedures and metrics.

Proven experience in data entry, accuracy auditing, and documentation tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
