Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a newly established and strategically critical role at H&M Group, created to accelerate our global transformation within People Services, Payroll & Operations (PSP&O). As Process, Systems & Transformation Manager, you will be a central driver of change, shaping how we build scalable, digital and compliant operations across markets.

You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer someone who is comfortable turning complex problems into clear structures, measurable outcomes and real implementation. You will lead initiatives that change the way we work globally, ensuring adoption, clarity and long-term impact.

You will:

  • Define and execute PSP&O’s transformation and systems roadmap, including ServiceNow, HRIS and payroll integrations, automation, workflows and digital enablement ensuring change is understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.
  • Map, document and standardize global processes, building a simplified and scalable foundation that integrates knowledge management, quality controls and cross-regional alignment.
  • Lead global change initiatives end-to-end, driving behavioral and operational adoption together with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital/IT and regional teams.
  • Design and strengthen governance, compliance and risk frameworks, ensuring audit readiness and operational integrity in collaboration with Legal, Internal Audit and other expert teams.
  • Develop analytical models, dashboards and KPI frameworks, enabling data-driven decision making, performance transparency and early risk/issue identification.
  • Deliver global strategic projects, such as payroll harmonization, service model scaling and operational digitalization, focusing on measurable outcomes, efficiency gains, improved colleague experience and compliance consistency.
  • This role requires a combination of global experience, analytical depth, change leadership and hands-on execution.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit and Digital/IT, and work closely with external platform partners. Internally, you will lead senior specialists across process, systems and knowledge management, enabling them to drive clarity, consistent ways of working and continuous improvement.

You will play a critical role in guiding stakeholders through change, translating complex needs into actionable plans, building trust, and ensuring global alignment.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a change-ready leader who thrives in global, matrixed environments and is energized by turning complexity into clarity and results. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you naturally move between designing frameworks and executing operational steps.

You are analytical, structured, curious and outcome driven — motivated by measurable impact, not just activity.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in transformation, process optimization or operating model development within Shared Services, HR/People Operations, Payroll or management consulting.
  • Proven change management experience, with demonstrated success in driving adoption across diverse markets, functions and digital ecosystems.
  • Expertise in enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, HRIS and payroll systems, including workflow design, automation, integrations and configuration discussions.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with experience designing KPI frameworks, operational dashboards, insights models and decision-making tools.
  • Experience developing governance, risk and compliance frameworks in complex organizational settings.
  • Global experience working across multiple regions, adapting to different regulatory and cultural contexts, and securing alignment with geographically distributed stakeholders.
  • Leadership capability to guide senior specialists, foster accountability and delivery without micromanaging.
  • A doer mindset, you move work forward, remove blockers and drive to tangible outcomes with clarity and energy.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
