Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Process Systems Architect (Rensselaer, NY) to support the day to-day business needs for the development and testing of process data system solutions. Gather and verify requirements to model process data for biologics manufacturing. Analyze data source systems (Manufacturing records, Laboratory, Quality, Automation, and Material transaction systems), collate data and support testing and release of solutions. Take part in project meetings with cross functional team members, external vendors, and stakeholders to provide and receive feedback on project scope, timeline, deliverables, and progress, and ensure that business needs are met. Work with end users to resolve any customer issues. Assist in automation and streamlining of current processes to continuously improve.

SALARY RANGE: $64,854.00 - $91,100.00 per year

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have knowledge or experience with: Quality monitoring tools, including SEEQ, Discoverant, and JMP for advanced analytics and visualization; Historian data systems, such as GE Proficy, OSI PI, and FactoryTalk; Data pipelines and processing systems, including Data Lakes, Pipeline Pilot, Apache HIVE, Dataiku, and Dremio; Biologics manufacturing processes, along with experience with raw material data, genealogy mapping, and data integration from external suppliers; Working in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated environment and understanding biologics manufacturing processes; Agile development methodologies and experience with the software development lifecycle and Computer System Assurance; Statistics and Statistical software such as Excel, and VBA; Data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R; Designing and optimizing process systems for operational efficiency and data integrity in manufacturing and quality control, including database architecture and technical documentation; Using APIs to connect the database to data visualization tools or frontend applications. Knowledge and experience may be gained as part of a degree program.
