How you'll make an impact
Manufacturing Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure high quality and yield
Machine and Tooling Design: Develop and adapt tooling and semiconductor machines for bipolar wafer processing, based on product and process demands
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct tests throughout all production stages to monitor variables, diagnose issues, and resolve production challenges
Operational and Safety Documentation: Create procedures and documents needed for operator training and to ensure safe work practices
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all production processes and procedures align with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of process modifications, test results, and troubleshooting activities for continuous improvement
Your Background
Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of production equipment, process engineering principles, and troubleshooting methodologies
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze production variables and recommend solutions to optimize operations
Communication Skills: Capable of explaining facts, policies, and practices related to the job area in a clear and concise manner
Collaboration: Work effectively in a supervised environment, supporting engineering and manufacturing teams
