PROCESS SPECIALIST- Korean
As a LANGUAGE SPECIALIST here at DATAMARK, you will play a critical role in managing the logistics function. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and monitor customer You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to logistics. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the logistics process and reducing delinquency rates. You will report directly to our logistics Supervisor, and you’ll work out at our Ambattur, Chennai location.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fresher or Experienced candidate from Korean- Email & Chat Background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good proficiency in Korean- language and must have an excellent written and oral communication, at least B2 or B1 Korean candidates will be suitable for this role
Requirements
- Establish and maintain contact with customers concerning past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters related to past due receivables
- Protect sensitive and confidential information, Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data
- Enter data accurately into databases, systems, or spreadsheets and Cross-check information against source documents.
- Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data and correct mistakes and resolve discrepancies
- LANGUAGE SPECIALIST Korean typing skillset.
