About the job
Process Safety Manager
Huntsman is currently recruiting for an experienced Process Safety Manager to lead Process Safety Improvement program across our chemical manufacturing site in Pétfürdő.
This is a position which will involve high level of influencing across all levels of the site and will be tasked with developing our Process Safety Management system whilst ensuring site compliance.
Additionally, as the Process Safety Manager, you will:

Finetuning Petfurdo site PSM program and ensuring compliance with Huntsman PSM procedures.

Supervise the correct application, deadlines and quality of execution, actions, MOCs, and other tools in the PSM established procedures.

Ensure all Process safety actions are be performed in timely manner and in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety requirements.

Promote, manage and monitor the site’s HAZOP programs and other periodic risk analysis.

Leading PSM internal auditing process.

Report and evaluate KPIs, generate and track trends and statistics
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)

Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian with the ability to influence and engage as part of a global organization

Work experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous experience in Process Safety Management or in the chemical / oil and gas industry is an advantage

Good understanding of (quality or environmental or safety) management systems and experience in internal auditing

Excellent management skills
