Develop and maintain process control plans for stamping, plating, and inspection. Monitor manufacturing compliance with quality standards, lead root cause analysis and CAPA, support NPI and process validation, conduct internal audits, and drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and continuous improvement using SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and related quality tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain process control plans for stamping, plating, and final inspection processes.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and customer requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Partner with Engineering and Production teams to improve yield, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Strong knowledge in 3D report, CAPA
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Power BI or Minitab.
- Certified ISO9001/IATF16949 Internal Auditor preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification is an advantage.
- Business level command of English
