1. Platform Administration & Maintenance
Manage and maintain the Business Process Management (BPM) platform to ensure system stability, availability, and optimal performance. Administer user access, permissions, and system configurations, while monitoring data integrity and resolving issues affecting accuracy and performance.

2. Repository Structure & Standards Governance
Oversee and maintain the BPM repository structure, including metadata standards, taxonomy, and modelling conventions, to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across the platform.

3. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to enhance visibility of process performance and platform usage. Provide insights and data support to process teams and business stakeholders.

4. User Support & Enablement
Deliver technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to BPM users, analysts, and process designers. Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to promote best practices and drive user adoption.

5. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to improve platform functionality, usability, and performance. Lead initiatives to enhance user experience and increase adoption of BPM tools across the organisation.
