Planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs including process and project identification, planning and execution. Securing required resources, using formal processes, tools and methodologies to manage projects. Leading projects to ensure desired objectives are achieved. What you’ll do
- Work with business, legal and compliance to support development of policy and procedures
- Support the process of reviewing and updating the current policies, procedures, and E2E process documentation
- Process Owner of several core processes (SME, continuous improvement)
- Work collaboratively across the departments to help improve specific business process to include Core, Specialty and/or Data furnisher connections
- Work across the channels to help ensure consistency across processes
- Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations
- Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
What experience you need
- Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in process, project, or program management
- Requires knowledge and experience in the financial industry; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
