Hours:                           Full-time (45 hours)

Reporting to:                Production Manager

Purpose of the Job

• Communicate to Colleagues and other departments if there are any issues is achieving the plan
• Ensure Environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with BS EN ISO 14001/50001
• Ensure their shift is maintained to high level of H&S , and any issues are communicated in a timely manner and actions completed
• Maintain site processes/std in line with the UFAS code of practice
• Participate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily board
• To ensure that the working area is maintained to an acceptable std of Hygiene throughout shift
• Run the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time
• Communicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departments
• Proactively reduce any areas that actively are generating waste
• Maintain the routine  machine maintenance and cleaning schedules
• Optimise utilisation of finished product bin space
