For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Plant Management department as Process & OHS Manager (all genders). This is a new function!

YOUR MISSION

  • Identify, propose, develop, and implement OHS, production, and improvement projects
  • Independently conduct workshops and training sessions on Lean, process, and OHS management; establish Lean practices (Kaizen, SMED, etc.); train and coach on Lean methods
  • General monitoring of all KPIs, including deriving recommendations for action, increasing value creation and safety at the Kroellendorf plant
  • Process analysis, waste reduction, conducting audits
  • Assessing hazards, instructing teams on occupational safety topics, analyzing incidents, drafting, introducing, and implementing regulations
  • Planning, tracking, and evaluating EMS projects, and independently overseeing improvement projects from planning through implementation

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Completed degree in business, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Background in the food industry
  • Certified safety officer preferred
  • OHS knowledge and interest in continuous improvement
  • 3 years of experience in production, lean management, and OHS systems is desirable
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Experience in process and project management, ideally in Lean, Six Sigma, and OHS
  • Very good German and good English skills
