■ 業務詳細
具体的には、以下の2つの領域における実務を担当します。
1. 開発推進業務
- 新材料に関する開発テーマの企画立案、および開発・標準化のリード
- 開発・標準化された材料を実用化（量産化）するための設備仕様検討
- 新材料に関する調査、実験、解析、および評価
- 新材料の規格設定（スペック定義）に関する業務
2. 新製品への材料設定業務
- 成形材料および表面処理材料の仕様設定（スペックイン）
- 材料納入仕様書の締結、および維持管理
- 成形・表面処理材料の新色調色、および得意先への承認補助
- 購買戦略に基づいた代替材料（リソーシング）の評価活動の推進
