Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Execution
- Build and manage complex, multi-touch engagement programs (Nurtures) using Marketo’s Smart Campaign logic.
- Setup and optimize email assets, landing pages, and forms, ensuring mobile responsiveness and brand consistency.
- Implement A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and layout to drive continuous performance lift.
Lead Management & Lifecycle
- Manage the Lead Scoring model to ensure high-quality leads are passed to Sales at the right time.
- Oversee the Marketo-Salesforce (SFDC) sync, monitoring for errors and ensuring data flows correctly between both platforms.
- Manage lead routing, data normalization, and list segmentation for hyper-targeted campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track MQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to the Marketing team based on program performance data
Technical and Functional skills:

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo Engage.
- You should know your way around Smart Lists, Program Tokens, and Engagement Streams.
- Web Basics: Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS for tweaking email and landing page templates.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into stories. You should understand "Marketing Attribution" and how to measure it.
- Certification: Adobe Marketo Certified Professional (AMCP) or Expert (AMCE) is a strong plus.
