Job DescriptionEnsuring recording of CIs in in T Systems Standard CMDBs Support Data maintenance of CI records in T Systems Standard CMDBs Setting up the process steps and WI document creations updates Mandatory fields re consideration etc Establish data quality checks and derive improvement measures SNOW ISP service requests improvements granting approvals for various requests and data correctness checks Providing CFM consultations to other areas of CMS providing CFM trainings when requested necessary Participating on project audits workshops Interact with engineers architects when a new technology is introduced within CMS infracstructure Official KPIs advisory tracking quality decreases root causes planning mitigation and reaching targets general improvement of KPIs Internal KPI reporting AD report SNOW migration etc HP AM CDS and ITSM2 ServiceNow support of colleagues providing know how data exports reporting approvals etc Data transformation and validation in order to manage consistency during database transfer towards ServiceNow
