Process Manager

Core Responsibilities :

Database Management: Oversee all aspects of database management, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SQL Server environments (e.g., versions 2012-2019 and beyond).

Performance Tuning & Optimization: Lead efforts in complex performance analysis and tuning, optimizing inefficient queries, and managing data models to ensure maximum system efficiency and stability.

High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Design, implement, and administer high availability solutions (e.g., Always On, replication, mirroring) and comprehensive backup/restore strategies to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.

Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security policies, create and manage user permissions and roles, and mitigate security risks to protect sensitive data.

Cloud Integration & Migration: Drive database migration projects and manage database solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation to increase team productivity and develop documentation for policies, procedures, and standards.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, leadership, and potentially oversee a team of DBAs, collaborating with developers, analysts, and project managers. 

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in SQL Server Database Administration and development.

Expert proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.

Hands-on expertise with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), data modeling, and architecture.

Extensive experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and cloud technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of production issues.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
