Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8+ years / 12+ years of experience in KYC, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Business Analysis, or Regulatory Transformation.
- Strong understanding of Institutional KYC requirements, including CDD, EDD, Periodic Reviews, Event-Driven Reviews, Financial Institutions, Correspondent Banking, Asset Managers, Funds, Investment Vehicles, Corporates, and Complex Ownership Structures.
- Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business, operational, and regulatory requirements into process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Financial Crime Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to define and deliver strategic KYC transformation initiatives.
- Partner and collaborate with Product Managers and AI teams to identify, prioritize, and define Agentic AI use cases across the KYC lifecycle.
- Support the design of AI-enabled capabilities, including document intelligence, data collection, risk assessment, case summarization, workflow orchestration, and review automation.
- Conduct process assessments, identify automation opportunities, and define future-state operating models.
- Lead workshops with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, model validation, pilot testing, and production implementation activities.
- Understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, model explainability, and risk management principles within regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of KYC target operating models, controls, and risk mitigation processes.
- Experience working with Agile product development teams.
- Experience working on automation, GenAI, AI-assisted workflows, Agentic AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- ACAMS certification preferred.
